Huhtahalli – Football Scoreboard
Finland’s largest and most modern fixed-structure football hall has received a scoreboard for football implemented by Ledimedia Oy. Located in Jyväskylä, Huhtahalli is a long-awaited competition and hobby hall for football as well as baseball and American football. Huhtahalli enables the development of club and sports activities, the growth of player numbers, and provides equal starting points for player development and competition for top-tier clubs in national comparisons.
Football Scoreboard – Features
The football scoreboard at Huhtahalli is approximately 11.5 x 3.8 meters, equaling 44m2. The display and management system for the scoreboard uses Ledimedia’s own scoreboard system, Areno. Areno is a handy system for sports halls like Huhtahalli, where several sports are played across different series levels. In addition to football, the hall conditions also cater to practice and matches for baseball, rugby, and American football. Support for multiple sports allows for displaying and managing scoreboards for different sports. League levels, teams, and players can be pre-saved in the system settings.
Without forgetting sponsor advertising, Ledimedia’s systems allow for the use of the LED scoreboard for advertising as well. Advertisements can be set on the scoreboard during games from the Areno interface, without interrupting the display of the scoreboard. The same principle can be utilized for using various mood-enhancing effects like “Goal!!”.
The football scoreboard at Huhtahalli is protected by a net, which is visible in the image. The net provides additional protection to the existing protective surface of the LED scoreboard.
