Scoreboard program – Areno

Areno is a digital display system developed by Ledimedia Oy, designed for various genres and competitive levels of event displays. The Areno system serves as a guidance and presentation control system for displays. It can be deployed both as a cloud-based solution and as an on-premises installation.

Areno can be scaled up for both sports stadiums and fitness centers.

Thanks to a clear and intuitive interface, management is easy to perform from a table, or also from a computer desktop or laptop.

Multi-solution

With the basic version of Areno, you get access to an athletics library that allows you to select the sports discipline you want to display on your digital display screen. Simply browse through the options and click to make your selection.

Areno’s basic version supports these disciplines:

Customization options

We can tailor your specific requirements to the event display system, if your preferred sport is not already included in the basic version of Areno’s athletics library. For your preferred sport, we will design a guidance view and create a standard screen view that covers all the necessary details of your chosen discipline. Since Areno is designed to be flexible, it is possible to make adjustments to both the display and guidance views.

Arena’s display screen view can be tailored to suit your graphical requirements.

Create tiers and add players and teams

With Areno, you create a series level for sports and add teams and players to their respective series.

Clear user interface

In Arena’s main menu, you create teams, place ads on screens, activate teams for head-to-head matches, and control the scoreboard.

The scoreboard can also be used for advertising and communication with Areno

The use of LED screens or info screens for the purpose of the scoreboard gives the possibility to use the screens for other purposes outside of the games. Some of the most common uses are information communication and advertising. Ads and other content can be managed from the media library section of the main menu.

Game launch and scoreboard cockpit

You can start the game by first creating the teams. After this, you place the teams against each other in the matches section. When the teams are set against each other, the game can be activated and go to “manage the scoreboard”.

Control from a tablet, laptop or desktop computer

The arena is managed from a tablet, laptop or desktop computer. Its management is easy to internalize, because you can see what is happening all the time on your device.

Devices suitable for the display screen software

Arena’s display screen software scales for all displays. In this image, we see an 88m2 digital LED screen in Karlen Arena in Vaasa, displaying software.

For large stadiums, playing fields, and Arenas, we recommend LED screens for the display screen. This is because LED screens can be manufactured in very large sizes, even up to 100m2 or larger. This allows the content on the screen to be visible to everyone in the audience. LED screens are also versatile and can be installed indoors or outdoors for year-round use.

For smaller needs, we recommend our information screens. When it comes to smaller venues or requirements, we suggest our infotainment screens. Our information screens are available in sizes ranging from 32″ to 98″, making them suitable for sports halls and smaller playing fields. We can install these screens either permanently or on a movable stand, allowing them to be used both indoors and outdoors.”

Areno scoreboard software references

We are the complete supplier and installer of the systems and software for OmaSp stadion. Our LED screens are installed on the pitch, with two units providing our tulostaulujam (display boards) and one unit used for advertising purposes. We also built a digital “perimeter” system with LED cabinets to enhance performance and display advertisements. The interior of the stadium features 80 information displays, which are used for advertising and displaying football matches.
